The original title of the project “Zachłonność” is a combination of two words in Polish – “chłonność” of land is what architects understand as the proportion of usable floor surface of a building to the surface of the plot of land and “zachłanność”, meaning greed. The ability of saturating a plot of land with as much floor surface as possible is becoming a key factor for clients when searching for architectural designers for their real estate investments.
The project is realized in cooperation with the Warsaw Museum of Modern Art.Its first edition was featured in the exhibition Zawód Architekt, Warszawa w Budowie 5 (Occupation: Architect, Warsaw under Construction 5). Its curators were Tomasz Fudala and Stefen Peter. The opening took place on October 13th 2013.
