The photographs were taken for the exhibition titled Patchwork. The Architecture of Jadwiga Grabowska-Hawryluk;its curator was Michał Duda. The opening took place on June 17th 2016 in the Museum of Architecture in Wrocław.

The exhibition was accompanied by the publishing of a book written by Michał Duda under the same title.
